This little house sits in a corner of the Tropic of Cancer property, isolated from the activities around the pool but just few steps from the beach. The bedroom has two double beds and en-suite bathroom. There is an adjoining screened, well-equipped kitchen/dining/living area for your comfort. There is a nice outside terrace with table chairs and hamac.

  • A 50% deposit is due within 5 days of booking in order to confirm your reservation. Balance is due 15 days prior to check in.
  • Check in time is 3:00 pm. Check out is 11:00 am. If we do not have incoming guests, we are flexible about check out time.
  • Deposit refund minus 10% of the total rental fee if cancelled 60 days prior to arrival date. No refunds for Xmas/New Years…
